AOD shift linkage solution....

Well, the first thing to do is take it to a certified tranny mechanic that understands custom work. He will do everything that is needed to align the shift linkages with the shift indicator on the steering column. This all depends on what type of setup you are trying to run and what you are hoping for.

I have a Flaming River steering column. To properly align the shift linkages I tried the F150 setup, but it turned out to be too long. For my setup my tranny guy redid the indents in the tranny based on a chevy 350 trans, or something similar and that allowed the column and tranny to align. He will be giving me a better description sometime soon so I will post as soon as I get it. For now that is what I found out. More to come in the future.
