Where is the best place to purchase a atlas in regards to price. I assume trying to find a used one is pretty hard.

Also check over on Pirate4x4.com and the other Bronco sites. Half the time a "used" one is a new box from a stalled out project.

Because there are so many different yokes/spline counts/lengths it is super hard to find a used one that has the specs you are looking for. My opinion would be to find your local advanced adapters dealer and see what they can do. Then price check it with Wild Horses. From what I found, everyone is super close on numbers. No one is ballparks ahead of anyone. Shipping etc. is where you can try and save.

I have a used Atlas 4.3 available. You need to put in a LOT more information about what you want in order to know if you want THIS Atlas.

There are about 10 different configuration options that would make the Atlas correct for your application. You can use the Advance Adapters configurator to list them all...but it starts with ratio, front axle position, input spline count, shifters, yokes, speedometer configuration, and output shaft length. So the Atlas that you buy for your CJ-7 will not work in your Early Bronco.
HOWEVER...the Atlas that you buy for your Wrangler TJ is almost right for your Early Bronco with an AX-15.

Even a Bronco with an Atlas might not be correct for YOUR Bronco with an Atlas.

That being said, the Atlas that I have is 23 spline, Driver Drop, 4.3 ratio, with 1310CV yokes on both ends. It has the mechanical speedo. It's currently married to an NV3550. It has TJ shifters.

I figured out that you are from North Carolina because of your previous threads...but it would be handy if you could update your profile to include your location. I'm in Fremont, CA 94536 so it's not likely that you will drop by to come get it.

Most people are buying the Atlas used because of the 8-12 week leadtime from AA, and because it is so complicated to get the right one.

PM if interested.
