Here are a couple of pics. These are the only ones I have before the body was installed though.
Regarding my driveshafts, my bronco was a basket case when I started and I never had any. I had new ones made by Tom Woods custom driveshaft. I could give you current measurements if that'd help??
No. That’s good. I was just wondering how much difference there was between a Dana 20 and the atlas. I have a different trans so your measurements probably won’t help me much. Besides I am not doing the atlas swap for a few years. Just jonesing at the moment you know
Gotcha. I can confirm that the atlas is physically bigger.
My crossmember is in the same location as the stock crossmember (uses the same frame mounting holes as stock). I would assume that yours will be the same, even with a different transmission.
The shifter mechanism that the Atlas 2 comes with is somewhat universal. There's a piece of tubing and a length of threaded rod that need to be cut to length for your installation. It's the black tube in my first pic above. This sets the distance from the front of the t-case to the shifters.
I just did this, same build as yours. The hole in the floor worked fine, I had to do a little nip and tuck. The black tub needs to be cut for sure. I can measure mine tonight it that is what you are looking for.
