Just wondering how much of what kind of gear oil you used %)

2 quarts of 80w-90. The new HD diff cover has the fill plug about an inch higher. I have them level about 3/4 inch below the fill.

It wheeled great on Sunday. Since I was coming from open diff front and rear, it felt great having the two front tires pulling me right up rocky inclines.

Why did I wait so long?

I stuffed an aussie in my TTB D44 96' Bronco for plowing and the traction difference is gnarly - pretty tough to drive it on the snow covered road in 4wd.

The thrust washers are super cheap and really aught to be sold with every Aussie-
