is 3rd gen. Looks like some 1 changed a few things ona 2nd gen to
sell as 3rd. Would loose $ on that alone but the condition sez survivor...
Am I way off?

I don't think it's a modified 78/79. Can't tell if the front end is ttb or straight axle, but the body/interior is all 80+. I thought the aluminum panel tailgates were more like a late 80's thing, not '82? Shouldn't the tailgate just say FORD on it?

Nice looking truck at first glance, but not worth anything like 20k to me.
