I have a picture that I would like to use as an Avitar, but I have absoultely no idea how to do that. Could you please help me?

Click on "User CP" on the top link bar, then click on "Edit Avatar". Scroll down to the bottom and there is a place for you to upload or give a web address.

The size needs to be 70x70 or smaller. See the FAQ regarding resizing pics if it's too big.
