Axle code A5J

[Bird Dog 36]

I have a 1970 Sport With a U152 and axle code A5J. A5= 4.11 LS Big bearing 9”, but what does the J indicate? Most things I’ve read keep referring to power steering, but mine was in mostly stock configuration and I definitely did not have power steering. Thanks
