Just mounted my new 37x13.50x17 pitbull rockers on 17x9.5 3.5bs allied modified rockathons. They look sweet, but weigh about 120lb each. Can't wait to go try 'em out!!! Sorry for the crappy pic.....

Where did you get the Pitbulls. Where is a good place to price them online.

Truck looks great. I have some new Allied beadlocks I need to skin.

I got 'em from outback offroad in greenwood, IN Outbackoffroadgear.com. It's a toyota shop, but Carl is awesome.....super nice guy. Same prices as anywhere else and he can have pitbull (tiremart) ship directly to you.

If you get Crawl Mag., Carl was in the latest issue wheelin up around Chicago. Also in last years ultimate adventure. He's got a sweet 4runner.....

Review thier performance after a couple trips for us. Do you drive your rig on the highway or just the trail? I might have to try a set of these tires when I wear out my MTR's

I too am a little curious on the tire performance. They look really good, or is it that nice Bronco there under? Let us know how they do, and what you think, thanks.

I love the look also. Damn Bronco caught on fire down in Tellico before I put the tires on....so, I'm still fixing that issue. Can't wait to get it out.

Beware of those fuel fitting quick connects.....that's what came loose on my engine and dumped fuel on the header....

Are you going to be able to back out of your garage? It looks awfully close.

Those tires are sick! Many people I know in the Southern Oregon area run those with great success! They are extremely tough and actually surprisingly smooth on the road. Have fun tearing up the land!

Wow your Bronco looks good! I'm picking up my Rockathons tomorrow, but I havnt decided what tires to run yet. I hope my Bronco looks half as good as yours with them!

How and why did you modify your rockathons?
Was it a lot of work to mount those tires on them?
Curious minds want to know.;D

Modified is the model. Allied is discontinuing them, so that's why I bought em (1/2 price, so I could not pass them up). I was not gonna get beadlocks until they fell in the same price range as standard wheels.
They were easy to mount (1st time I've done it). Took about about an hr a tire. The key is to get 4 longer bolts to pull the ring down....then you can snug up the other 32....have fun! Oh yeah, soap and water....

I guy in our club has PitBulls on his Chevy, it climbs everything.

So do you need to air down to get into the garage now? (sorry, I missed the reynard101's post)

Think it'll fit out. I'll need to put a taller door on if I get a soft top....
