Backup Light Wires

I have a 69 with a swapped in Toploader. My question is...Where can I find the reverse light wires? There are no wires around the trans anymore so I need to find them closer to the main harness. Any pointers??? I just want to install a manual switch. Thanks!!!

look up by the firewall where the column comes out of the firewall. they'll have 90º female spade connectors on the ends.

The stock switch was mounted on the engine side of the steering column.
