Barometric Pressure Sensor Question

Is the Barometric Pressure Sensor for a 90's 4.0 V6 the same sensor for a 5.0 EFI? These things are like gold in the junkyards and I thing I found one. Also is $20 a decent price? I know new ones are $80. Thanks.
