I was having some warranty work done on my Raptor at Alpine Ford (Formerly Spradley Ford) in Pueblo CO and looked at a a Bronco they had for sale. A Base 2-door model with the Sasquatch package, roof rack, up fitter switches, and 10-spd auto. Not sure if it was the 2.3 or 2.7. Sales guy said they bought it from another dealer. It was for sale as a used vehicle. Not sure of mileage. I went to the Build and Price and got $42K assuming the V6.

I could have driven it home for only $76K!

I would not pay $76K for a 4-door FE.

It was very nice looking and was very close to the what I had reserved. I do like the looks of the 2-door.

In reading all these threads about the new Bronco iIt's hard to imagine ford screwing the Bronco rollout anymore than they did at the announcement but somehow they've made that fiasco look efficient by comparison.

This whole operation has the appearance of having a complete absence of leadership.

I'm waiting a year or two for prices to calm down and availability to increase. All the jeeps I have had (except my TJ) have been 4-doors. But I'm liking the 2-door Bronco better than the 4-door.

Call me oldschool or cheap, but $76k for any new Ford, unless a Mustang GT, is too expensive. And, I'm pretty loyal to the brand, but I cannot find myself paying that amount for a new Bronco. I'd rather get a Landrover Defender if I am going to spend that amount of $$$.

I'll just wait a couple more years and pick one up used.

why sell you one for 39,200 when they can sell one for 35 grand more to a new buyer.

Yes, everyone is trying to cash in! These new production slow downs are going to just make things worse. As I've said before, someday I'll have a new Bronco, but in the meantime I'm happy with my Raptor. It actually fits my current lifestyle better than a new Bronco. And keeping (at least 2 of) my early Broncos and my 78.

Back at the Ford dealer for an oil change on the Raptor. Basesquatch is still here. Price reduced to $63,000! It does have the 2.7. It’s a good looking Bronco, but not at $63K.

I can see that a dealer driver so people can see and test drive before placing an order but if someone with financials better than mine the may pay obscene money for it and its gone.

If I was going to spend that much....it would be on a restored Bronco. I am going to start on my own "concept" this summer. And...it WILL have a Coyote!
