Has anyone done any business w/these folks? I ordered a C4 ring from him at the end of March, got an order confirmation and then nothing. I've called, emailed and Facebooked and had no responses. At this point, any resolution would be fine, whether it's receiving the part or receiving a refund, I don't care. Curious if anyone else has had a successful transaction w/them.

Good luck with that. It took me months to get mine. There's another member here who has had a rig there for YEARS and they've gotten nowhere on it. Apparently there is someone else running it now since Clint decided to move to another state recently and leave his customers hanging, and changing his phone number. He ranks right up there with Saddleup as far as I'm concerned.

Unaweep just came into the shop and brought this to my attention...

really sorry for the delay, Battlement Fab had a management change 2-3 months ago. Clint is no longer involved INSIDE the shop, he now lives in Wyoming and handles the website, financials, and the Battlement Fab phone calls. The 970-462-7180 does not ring at the shop but is forwarded to his cell phone (of which you've found, he is not very good at answering) feel free to call me (Nate, the lead fabricator/mechanic and new manager of Battlement) on my personal cell phone which is 970-433-1953. I answer if every time it rings unless Im running something noisy and dont hear it...

usually the best way to communicate with Clint is via email which is Clint@battlementfab.com or you can email me at nate.goodwin@battlementfab.com..

again, I apologize for this issue and i will do everything possible to get a handle on it..

that's correct, there is someone new running this place and that is me... again I apologize you fell into the hole of Clint's very poor communication.

I had no idea there was this much attention towards Battlement from this forum until Unaweep brought it to my attention 20min ago. (he's actually in my shop right now talking with another customer) I am doing everything possible to repair the faults of Battlement, so if any other negative output is heard, please be informed that Im the guy now, my personal cell is in the previous post along with my email

I like this guy already. Good timing too because I am looking at their radius arm set-up. I had sent an inquiry a few months back and never got a reply either.

I'll be talking to you soon Nate.

appreciate the positive feedback, thanks guys...

Occasionally i miss calls but I always return missed ones... I do what I can to get stuff out the door but I'm very behind the 8 ball right now with trying to bring in new work/new money but its very difficult trying to do that while also trying to finish Clint's back burner projects...

Again, I hugely apologize for customer service Battlement Fab has failed to provide in the past and i'll reiterate that this shop does NOT have a land line (for now) and the phone number that is paired with Battlement Fabrication is forwarded to Clint's cell phone.... My contact information is listed above but please know that is my PERSONAL cell phone so when you call it, please keep time changes in mind (Battlement Fab is on Mountain Time) and a really try not to answer it after 6pm cuz it pisses off the wife =)

Matt and Chris, thank you for the phone calls/emails.... A new age Battlement Fabrication has begun...

Chris Shackle's Bronco is still here... Honestly, I'm trying to keep Battlement Fab out of that whole deal....

The original deal between Battlement and Chris was that he would have the engine READY TO PULL, and I would take my personal truck and trailer over to his house, winch it up on the trailer, bring it down to the shop, pull the engine where he would palletize it and ship it to the purchaser....

Battlement had zero involvement with the sale of the engine and hardly any involvement with pulling it, Chris just used our cherry picker...

The original deal ALSO said that there would be a 2 week down period that Chris's Bronco would sit outside while he waited for funds to clear and to purchase the 4BT that was supposed to take the place of whatever engine it was he pulled out...

Battlement still has an unpaid invoice for Chris for using shop time, the towing help, and storage of non driving rig..... I ran into Chris at the hardware store about a month ago and he said he would be stopping by but I haven't seen him and I don't even have his phone number..... I sent him a message on Facebook that he hasn't replied to.... I will be loading it back up on my trailer and taking it back to where i picked it up from tomorrow or early next week...

The Bronco that Chris Shackle owns is locked, and on Battlement Fab's property locked inside a gate. It is not accessible until Chris either pulls the parts he sold or allows someone else access to pull them.

Sorry.

Chris, I emailed you but wanted to post on here to see if someone else could chime in and answer my question...

I apologize for not knowing what I sell, but as stated earlier in this thread Clint is no longer around and I dont know much about Ford stuff... I found this stiffening ring hanging on the wall and did a quick google search of "C4 tranny pan" and found a few different options.... wanted to post a picture of what i found before shipping it to you and finding its not going to work..

Funny because I was looking at the Radius arms as well and also never got a call back. At least they are consistent and hopefully this will all change going forward.

Definitely will and already has changed... All our radius arms are build to order, meaning we dont have them sitting on the shelf ready to go because of length variances... however our turn around time is fairly quick so when you're ready to order, give me a call... Nate @ 970-433-1953
