Yeah.... I'm keeping the engine mostly stock. Will stay with the manual pump on the block.

i ended up not using the steel lines fron BC's b/c of running in tank fuel pump and dual tanks. when i went to their shop I looked @ the lines and they looked nice when installed and had the option to add a fuel pump or a filter

I used BCs kit with a carb and it was ok but it didn't realy take into account if you had dual tanks. But if you use a single or there single rear it makes good sence. Fair price for what you get.

If I was to do it over I would do it myself, it says you're doing a frame off bending new lines isn't hard, but takes time. Tubing is perty cheap.

If you still have the body off I would recommend running the lines on top of the frame so they are that much further from the exhaust, especially if you are running a carb.

I bought BC Broncos kit which they graciously pre-bent for mounting on top but I failed to understand that they were planning to use their standard length pieces to do so. This meant that it had connections in the aux tank area which I wasn't using. I don't have a body lift so I didn't want any connections (potential leaks) that I wouldn't be able to tighten due to tight clearances between frame and body. I sent them back and they refunded all of my money even though it was my misunderstanding. Great guys !

I did use their braided hose kits between fuel tank and up front to the EFI fuel rails. And the little aluminum mounting clips they sell are nice too.

As for the main line itself, we went to autozone and got 6' lengths of flared brake line and bent those up.

Turned out great !

I used the BC kit too, along with the neat metal clamps. Only issue was I ordered the 2 tank kit by mistake and Chuck was kind enough to send me the 8 inch line to make it a 1 tank kit. Went in pretty easy (well, I'm doing a complete nut and bolt so nothing's in the way) with just some minor slight bending around the trans cross member (it's a conversion so it's slightly different than stock). I'll run braided steel lines from his great 23 gal tank to the lines and from the lines to the fuel pump. Nice, pre-bent set-up.

Just a side note. I can see Rox Crusher's concern. He's running fuel injection so his line pressure is going to be high. He's making the choice to limit connectors. I'm running a carb so the pressure isn't an issue and the 8 inch middle piece makes it's easy to add a second tank in the future. I know a few guys who are running FI with the BC kit and not having a problem.
