I was searching the internet trying to find a way to make some 5/8 heater hard lines from aluminum tube. I stumbled across this website that sells some random stuff and they also have these nifty bead rollers for small and large metal lines. Just thought I would pass this on for anyone making their own fuel lines or other various lines that would benefit from a bead. I haven't used this tool but it seems pretty nifty and a lot cheaper than the ones that eastwood sells.

I would just call them and tell them your plans and ask if it will work. It looks like it would but its for sure best to call.

I'm doing the same thing, only using steel tubing. I thought about a tube beader, but decided to silver-braze a ring of welding wire near the end of the tube. It will accomplish the same thing...

I used copper plumbing pipe and elbows soldered together with a solid #12 electric copper wire ring soldered on for a safety bead.

I just use a double-flaring tool, but without doing the second operation that folds the inner flare down inside. If you leave it poking out, its just about the same as a bead.

My brake line double flaring tool works for the small tube 3/16 to 3/8, just do the first half.
