They're probably both selling Kentrol tops. You can also buy directly from Kentrol, but I don't think there's any savings.

Jeff's carries Terra Comp bodies so I would assume they would also carry their top. I've talked to a couple of people who have seen Kentrol and Terra Comp products and apparently (not 100% ) the Terra Comp has been better quality. My tub looks awesome and it's from Terra Comp. But I don't think you can go wrong with either. I'd say pick the closest place to you and go for it.
