I'm getting ready to tackle a new wiring harness. I purchased a AAW harness and they recommend installing in the glove box but due to modifications, moved the glove box over to accommodate for my roll cage and installing Vintage Air. Putting it where they suggest it interferes with the plugs that come out of the air unit.

So I don’t locations of a lot of fuse blocks today just some are awkward especially when your diagnosing various brand vehicles almost on a daily basis…. So I also have anAAW HARNEESS and decided to cut, fab, and weld where the original speaker opening in the dash was .. I used the original grill piece and incorporated it on the access door for the fuse panel .. will just make checking fuses that much easier when needed and joy don’t have to empty glove box when needed.. I can post pics later if you want.

Well, After calling AAW and Vintage Air with neither having a helpful solution thought I might have a big problem. After scratching my head for a while and stopped looking at the problem like it was a mountain the simple answer was to just cut the side of the glove box to the same shape as the fuse box then slide it in as far as I needed. Then bolted it in ,simple. I let the total rewire intimate me forgot that you have to eat an elephant one bite at a time. Thank You very much for trying to help!
