I have the same rear seat and I welded some flat plate to the inside of each bracket, then I bolted it down using the stock rear seat mounting holes. Little tippy though and I am thinking I will put a bolt in each bracket. It really pains me drilling holes in my floor.

I also raised the rear of the seat using some metal pipe, which makes it alot more comfortable IMHO.

I used 2 big bolts with lock washers on each of the main mounts. On the underside I used big flat washers that should help to strengthen it up. I used 3 bolts on the rear mount in the same way. I don't like drilling anywhere on the Bronco but these were worth it.

Very cool. What color carpet are you getting? Plan to make a trip or two to Ace to pickup the right size hardware for that seat.

Indian Harbour Bch,
i'll get black for sure... and maybe some of those nifty carpet hold downs... oh boy, this is turning into a project! LOL. Me too, there's an Ace in my neighborhood with the sweetest selection of stainless steel and chrome plated hardware iI've ever seen.
