Cool - now I know how my 66 would look with a Half Cab & a few other things like hub caps & a PTO winch although yours does have some shine to it.

Bias ply, when men were men, and skidding was an art. First few years of radials, it was like they had to make the sidewall to soft to convince someone it was a radial. Radials are probably one reason death wobble is more prevalent.

Ken, I probably get kicked out of the forum for posting this.
Its a non truck :-(

Just look at that awesome bias ply tire stance, as if they are inflated to 500psi to have no sidewall compression.

I have Bias Plys on my uncut with a 2.5 inch lift.... Actually the exact tire you are after. I have driven my bronco quite a bit with these tires, from curvy mountain roads, to flat beach stand still traffic as well as out on the four wheeling trails. These tires work great in all situations. They are actually really good performers off road aired down to 10PSI. They do flat spot after sitting but only take a minutes to smooth out and they do track lines in the road but its really not a big deal if you pay attention while driving. I'd go for it if it is the look you want.

Good grief, this thread got me to really missing my old bias ply tires. The only way to get the same feeling of stability now is with 12.50x33s or bigger. Those were the days.

I have been driving my vehicles with biaplys for 25 plus years . The Biplys tires have a completely different look on the sidewalls and radials have tried to mirror that look but with no good results. We have them on the bronco and hotrods and make the best burnout noise ever!!

its the difference of riding a beach cruiser and a 10 speed bicycle on a pot hole road. the only reason to run bias ply tires is they come on obsolete tire sizes. just make sure the tires you buy for the street are dot approved. allot of reproduction stuff isnt. They also don't air down as well as a radial.

I have been running BFG 235x85x16 AT KO2's on my 74 Ranger, these are E- rated tires, the sidewalls really hold up well and have less body roll than the 33x10.5x15 BFG ATKO2's I have on my 76, I cant really tell any diff in ride either
