I just went through all of the pics on that site.

Here are the only carbs I can verify have the linkage by pictures.

C6AF-AC http://www.mustangtek.com/4100/C6AF-AC.html
C6AF-AJ http://www.mustangtek.com/4100/C6AF-AJ.html
C6AF-F http://www.mustangtek.com/4100/C6AF-F.html
C6PF-H http://www.mustangtek.com/4100/C6PF-H.html
C6SF-A http://www.mustangtek.com/4100/C6SF-A.html

All of them are for 352/390/428 with the exception of the C6PF-H which is a service replacement carb meant to fit anything. It seems the FE engines used the same kick down set up as the bronco where as the Mustang/Falcon/Maverick used something different.

Another alternative which would get you a 4100 built for a small block is to just find a 4100 meant for any 260-289 and a 2100 auto carb and just swap the primary shaft from the 2100 that has the proper kick down lever into the 4100. Junk 2100s are pretty cheap. I have picked them up for $10-20.

You will find that 4100s with a Z in the part # are far more expensive because they were made for Mustangs. Of course they are no better just more likely to be calibrated for 289-302s. They are also more likely to be for manual transmission cars. The slight difference in part throttle calibration is their only real advantage and that can be corrected by slightly enlarging the idle feed restriction. KP Carbs does that as part of their rebuild. In effect, considering this and the fact that throttle shafts with automatic kick down levers are easily swapped in, any 1.08" venturi 4100 is equally effective for a 302 Bronco. Spending big money for a collectible Mustang part is a wast of money.

I've decided to rebuild the Holley. I'm not doing this one personally, but I am going to look into getting a backup carb which I can rebuild myself. Either that or the next time I blow the power valve (assuming this will happen again) I'm gonna keep the bronco at home and replace it myself. At least I know what the symptoms are.

Thanks for you encouragement guys; can't thank you all enough.
