Bobcat 8274 winch bumper

I got this bumper as a Christmas gift from my wife and sons. I have not installed it yet, but I was looking at the mounting bracket on the driver side, and it seems like one of the bolts from the steering box needs to be removed and then reinstalled through the bumper bracket.
Is this correct? I couldn't find installation instructions. It seems pretty easy to install, but I do want to confirm the bolt removal.

I don't remember having to remove a bolt from the steering box but its been a few years. I do know that it lines up perfect when you get it in there. Some broncos need 1 hole drilled on the passenger side, I do remember that because I had to do it on my 73 with the standard Bailie winch bumper, but not on my other one with the 8274 bumper.

I just finished my Bailie Bilt install and did not remove a steering box bolt

I just installed this bumper this weekend, you don't need to remove the power steering box bolts.

They are the same. A marketing agreement between them from way back.
