If I was to go from frame up and build the body, what would I do first..I know the main supports, then floor, then tub, then inner panels.... but I know that a little misalignment anywhere in the build and the doors and hood will show it magnified..

Here is the plan, sheet metal screw floor pans to body support members, then sheet metal screw inner rockers, kick plate, door post, door strike...hang the doors and check clearances.

I will then move to the windshield and cowl area.

Are you using the sheetmetal screws to temp hold it till welding? I would use Aluminum,Steel mandrel pop rivets. Either way you will have a time getting the spot welds as strong as they would be with just one side drilled.

Correct, this is to hold the sheet metal in place to make sure alignment is proper. remove 1 screw and spot weld in it place and so on until all welds are placed.
