Body bushings/mounts- how many are there?

Looking to start on a complete suspension overhaul (it's all original and wanted to upgrade the ride). Figured I would start with the body mounts/bushings. How many are there and where are they all located? I see two in the rear and two under the driver and passenger? Are there more? Also, rubber or poly? Read lots of different opinions here. Just looking for a quality ride...

2 under core support, 2 in front floorboards, 2 just behind front seats, and 2 just inside tailgate. While working on the 2 behind the seats put something, maybe duct tape, over the hole in the top of the frame. May prevent a fishing expedition in frame. I had to remove my rear bumper to do the rear 2.

Original were rubber. Both rubber and polyurethane are available, with poly being the more popular.
You could argue ride theory all day long, but in my case I didn't notice any difference between the old worn out rubber and new polyurethane. In either the body mounts or the spring, radius arm and track bar bushings.
And that was with it being daily-driven.

Poly is also available with a 1" lift built right into the mount as well.

Yes, mine look bad and door alignment is way off. Hoping to help both ride and alignment.
