Hey guys I found the usual picture for the drivers door measurements and the ones with the rear wheelwell and tail light ends. But Im looking for a passenger side measurement like the drivers. I am also looking for the width of the front seat section, eg fromthe edge of the inner rocker to inner rocker on opposite side.

I think I have all those in a notebook at home. Will post tonight. I rebuilt my whole floor during my resto and I noted all those measurements when I rebuilt the pan under the seats. Also have the measurements for the support bracket under that piece I think.

OK, I scanned my notes. They are 8 1/2 x 11 paper, so you should be able to view/print these jpg files. There is one text document that contains notes regarding measurements between the door posts, front and rear measurements. And some of my scribbles regarding the seat pan and core support. I took these measurements from the original metal pulled from my Bronco like 8 years ago when I was rebuilding the seat pan and core support (and just about all the truck). If you have questions I might be able to answer (or measure what I have now). Hope this helps people.

JAFO, thanks for the info!

I am rebuilding literally the entire tub from scratch. I was curious what your measurements for the top of the rear door post from side to side was and from the front kickpanels from side to side?

So I hung my drivers door and discovered this gap between the rear door post and the door. My question being is this normal? It seems like you would want the top curve of the door skin to match the rear curve but the striker post hole lines up almost perfect.

I believe the upper quarter panel has a flange on it that you can pair the striker post with. That should give you the clearance your looking for.

Sorry I had missed your reply and question. This note from that link has those measurements you are seeking I think. I can do some more measuring tonight.

These are the notes I made back when I replaced the floor. Also, there are some measurements in that link I posted above regarding the floor rebuild thread. And the thread pics might help too.
