Body Off With 2 Post Lift?

Hi Guys - great info and recommendations here. A question I'm hoping you guys can comment on for my situation. for some background, I'm a DIY Non-Mechanic using my second car garage to restore my 72. I'm planning to build a wooden body cart from plans shared on the Forum and hoist up the body using my rolling shop crane like some others have done on here. Question:

If I leave the body intact (doors, tailgate, hood, 4pt.roll cage, etc), can i lift that off without having to brace the body? or should I take a different approach?

I'm thinking the roll cage 4pt., with doors and tailgate should keep it braced? any concern with total weight of that on the 1/4 ton - 1Ton adjustable shop crane?

The need for bracing is determined by exactly where & how you connect the body to the crane. Ideally, you'd use a spreader frame that mimics the truck frame, and connects at the body mounts. But obviously, it would be difficult to make those connections while the body is still resting on the truck frame.
