Ok here is a rough plan, really throwing the spaghetti against the wall and seeing what sticks but there should be enough to keep everyone busy at least for a while. I will be picking at it between now and then but my main plan is to get some metal work done so that it can pass some type of inspection. The other real issue is the brakes which have some corroded lines that I want to replace as well as pads and bleed the system. While the current rollers are off for the brake work, we will swap in some 35" I have. When we button it back up it will require a rear quarter trim and flare installation.

Not all of the running lights are working, I have a new 21 circuit harness but there is no way I want to tackle that prior to May-It-Forward so we need to do some R&R on the lights so that I have headlights and tail lights. The engine is running well but I have no idea how old the cap/Rotor etc. is so I will have that to swap out along with plugs and wires and all the rest. I changed out the oil when I picked it up but that was two years ago so I will have everything for a change lined up. Not sure I want to do it yet or wait a few more weeks while work continues but it will be ready. The transfer case was in neutral when I got it back and it took a bit to get it into gear and the j shift is real floppy so I have a twin stick on its way if we get the chance before May otherwise a bungee cord will guarantee it stays put for now. Eventual a 23 gallon tank will find its way in but for now the current rear tank is holding gas and keeping the old girl fueled. But We do need to do some clean up on the fuel lines as well.

I am pulling out the current roll bar, seats etc. so that some floor work can be done but there will be plenty of opportunity to play with metal and a welder for some patching as well. This will not be a beauty queen in the least but rather a solid driver while I build my project. I have a better cage to put back in which will need some clean up and rattle can paint. So plenty of work and a short time frame but that is why I have it scheduled so early in April. At the end of the day, it has to move and stop on it's own with basic safety requirements to get to May it Forward.

SO let me know what I need to make sure I have and if you want to tackle a particular job. I will be buying between now and then and will post of some pictures of the parts I do have on hand.

Pete, are the signals and brake lights working (Front & Rear?) If the rear harness is a mess, we can install the new rear section so you're not doing that twice. It can include all your future items like fuel pump etc.... Let me know what harness you bought, and I'll read up on it. Also, I plan on making a bulk weatherpack purchase so I can include your need in that. As far as fuel, if you plan on going injection, run two hard lines now, and save from doing twice. Let me know, Happy easter

Sounds like Brian's tackling the electrical..

I wouldn't mind tackling/helping with the brake work and lines..I doubt I have anything you need that you don't already have but let me know.

Same Harness as Randy, 21 circuit EZ Wire ( http://www.ezwiring.com/store/viewitem.php?productid=2 ). I have been planning a bulk weather pack purchase myself so I will throw you some money. I will let you know what is and is not working. I know I had one tail light working.

I have a saws all as well and a jig saw, looks like you are picking body modification!

I am going to pick up an assortment of premade lines but if someone has a double flare kit, it might not be a bad idea to bring it along.

Also forgot I bought a single electric wiper motor (aftermarket hot rod style) that I want to retrofit since they are currently vacuum and not working. If I can make it work, I will buy a second one as well.

Have flaring kit, will travel. You can buy rolls & bags of fittings if you want and we can make up what ever you need. Might be cheaper and even easier that way. Don't forget the brake fluid. Welder? Torches? Anything else?
