Bronco explorer package emblems

Saw this 1974 Bronco yesterday, it had a Explorer hood emblem? I didn’t know that Ford ever did this, owner insisted it was original.

Those are original to an F series pickup, not an Early Bronco.

I believe JGbronc is correct. But maybe the original owner had the dealership add it after he bought it. Thus others think its original for the Bronco.

I have that same emblem on my 79 F150, the truck is an Exlplorer package as well.
