I called on this 1966 Bronco, the son is selling it for his dad if I remember correctly. He was a VERY nice guy and VERY honest about it's condition and flaws. I am sending a link of this post to him and he knows I put it on here. It was not what I am looking for, but wanted to help him out. I have a ton of pics he sent me if anyone is serious.. I will put a few up. They are taking a loss and wont really move much on price so you know. Seems like a decent deal for the right guy/gal.

** Here are my opinions/observations based on what I saw, so take that for what it is worth. Has all the typical rust, rockers are toast, bottom of tailgate, inner fenders. the floors have been replaced, but just with flat metal and fairly rough. Door striker posts both need redone. The PO "fixed" them by covering the rusty stuff with new metal and then bed liner.. smh.. Front grill is rusted out on passenger side. Both front fenders are toast. It runs and drives (although I haven't driven it, I trust the guy is telling the truth). Has the straight 6 and looks like it may have been rebuilt fairly recent. Other than that, looks pretty unmolested (minus the bed liner). the PO added electric wipers and ran wires (poorly) up to it.

It comes with some good stuff... A decent hard top, a Dana 44 with discs brakes (long axle shaft broken on it) a Ford 9", a new BC Broncos 23 gallon fuel tank. I may be forgetting some stuff.

Sorry, just re-read my own comment and it looks like I was being a smart a$$. It was not intended. Just meant to say I was going to point that out but most on here would know by seeing it, just as you have. thanks..

Is this the one on Billtown Rd? Someone told me there was one for sale over there, but I haven't had the chance to go look at it.

No, that is a different one. There is one on billtown that is asking $1700 bucks. I don't think it runs. I drive by that one every day. The same guy had a red and white one for sale for like $5k but I think it sold. I do not see it in back anymore.

i'm only commenting b/c its not a members bronco, but where do people come up with these crazy prices? I dont see much good on the truck, its even a 6 cyl. It drives me crazy that just b/c someone has something old, they think its worth big $$...just my 2 cents, like I said, I would have never commented if it was a members truck.

Honestly, there seems to be more to the story. I agree in this condition it is high but the guy's dad apparently paid even more and was taken a bit. The son is trying to get back as much of the money as possible. I think the Dana 44 and 9" rear, and new Bc 23 gal tank are worth about $1500 bucks maybe , the top maybe 200-300 and the. Bronco (that does run and drive) maybe 3k so, I don't think they are that crazy. Just my opinion. I am not making a dime and don't know them personally, just trying to help.

I'm the guy helping with the sale of the overpriced BRONCO ;D

If any body wants more photos or other info you can Email me at

nomad.76@hotmail.com

Its a long story about the Bronco my brother in law bought it and paid over $6000.00 for it. He has bought a lot of stuff for it and I have done a bunch of work to it.

It runs drives turn signals and horn work. It's rusty as all get out and I don't think its worth a pot to piss in.

I really just want it out of my driveway but with the loss he is taking on it $5000 will buy it no less it comes with the

Top
Dana 44 with disc brakes
Another 9 inch
BC Bronco tank
Full roll cage
Power steering gear box and pump
And Rust......
