So is the headlight holes beer openers ? I looked at it again and it looks like the holes could be big enough for a cap to go threw it and pull up on one side to pop

No they're not big enough to open bottles. I'm talking to him about that, but they'll be huge if that happens. As it is the new ones will be smaller than the last ones.
