CA Bronco hardtop luggage rack and hardtop

Luggage rack was nos but installed and taken off so it's in very good condition I paid $400 so that's the price pretty sure all parts and screws are there to install plus shipping also have a hardtop in good shape for $1500

Is there any major rust? I would be coming down from Medford and just wanting to cover my bases. I can get you my number if that makes communication easier.
