I had plans to pick up Grant's 68 U13. But he had second thoughts and decided to keep it for his girl friend, I cant blame him for that. So I checked the local paper and had no luck finding anything. Drove around and looked for a "In the weeds" Bronco but no love. So I loaded the trailer with about 200 BF of Red Oak that we had cut out of the woods 4 years ago. It is nice and dry now and I will make flooring or something like that out of it. What ever I make it will go back into the cabin. A new floor would be the best improvement. So wood and the Grizzly 4 wheeler is all that came back. I had money and was going to stop at JBG and load up on hard to ship items but they are not open on the weekend and that is when I needed to go. So Light load on the way home. Note: Michigan is not the best state to find broncos still in good shape.

Thanks for sharing that great story. Nice job with the eyes also. I live in Michigan and I just saw my first EB last weekend in over 5 years. Glad you had a safe trip.

Some fish pictures. The guy with the fish is Captain Ed Retherford. I fish with him every trip up. Always a good time and we always catch fish. 14 good sized walleye made for a good fish fry.

Heck yeah... Nice ;)

Here are some random pictures. The first one is the cabin my Grandfather built in 1941. #2 is a bear mark from climbing a beech tree. yes we have bear's in the woods. #3 is Dad and I hooked up on a double. #4 is the inside of the cabin. it's a cosy one room place. 2 years ago I put a new ceiling in it. #5 is a hunting blind. I had to replace a potty in the cabin and took the old potty out to a friends blind and screwed it to the floor. I hope he likes his new seat. #5 is some tree huggers I found in the woods. We have some large pines and oaks on the property. The lumber companies would love to get to them. However lightning does get at least one a year.

Figured I should keep this bronco related. Here are some pictures of the bronco putting the trailer up the hill to get it out of the way. The front hitch really makes this easy. Another fern picture. the garage where it will live and me running thru the gas well flat spot.

I wish it could. There could be some learning to be done. but on the other hand I could get in a little trouble too.

Sounds like a fun trip. You rode all thru my backyard at I95 and I26. Or is front yard. I get turned around in the swamp.

Glad your home safe and sound, next time PLEASE Post a note or something, the guys were worried bout you and wanted to send the Chipper Search and Rescue Team to locate you and do a well being check, I fended them off with the prowess of a wild Wolverine, oh wait, those are extinct, the Cunning of a cat, yea that's it.
Now the big question, since the little one is safe and sound over a thousand miles away keep me posted on the reason it had to make the journey, Ready willing and able for sure! Well except when I head to Pa in about 9 days, other than that I will be good, unless my agent calls and I need to go to SoCal, The i can go for a ride in a fairly famous Pink Bronco, but if that does not work out I can be available most of the time, unless the fish are biting, then we have to play it by ear, so just let me know.
