I have the same valve covers pictured above on my 351W with the older 1.6 ratio Comp Cams Chromoly Magnum full roller-rockers...no issues.

The 70 I had previously with an 86 5.0 had roller rockers.

They were with the truck when I bought it. I'll be getting another set for the 75 I have now.

Thought you had to pull the baffles out of those and do a little custom grinding to fit roller rockers...

Not in the truck yet and doesn't say "Bronco", but the ones that say "Bronco" wouldn't fit the rockers even with grinding because of the stud mounting. Comp Cams Ultra Gold Rocker Arms 1.6 on Custom TEA Twisted Flow Heads. I really wanted the Bronco covers like the pix above.

Check out piack's gallery. He put the Bronco script on some plain aluminum covers.

I started to go with the polished ones, but ultimately went with a more stock look.

GT40s. That motor had not yet run in those pics. Matter of fact, it's only got about 5 mins on it now. Never bolted down nor ran the polished covers.

We're all having dinner in Baja71's engine compartment because it's clean enough to eat off

we run a polished version that clears the roller valve train. nice and clean..

it's interesting how some covers are louder than others. some valve train componants make more noise than others as well.
