Haha, I will need to check that out to see if it is still around. I am dancing precariously on a fine line of spousal insanity due to the 19' mastercraft I just put in the side yard so I have been deflecting "good deals" like they are going out of style. I am also lining up a tractor/loader too. Things are the darkest right before I get new toys.

Looked @ this one last night........
Then again today........
Funny how things have potential the first look, but not the next.

It does have the hard top chrome and dash chrome, which was a cool find. Too bad the top was rusted through.

$500/firm is what I was told.
I'd pass the info onto any local MN guys, but not worth the gas from out of state (IMO).

By the looks of the dash it is a 1967. Nice find to far for me.

....................... looks to me like that might be just a good parts truck..

Not even that. I thought if the top was decent, I'd buy it for parts, but nothing I needed was good. Even the correct hood prop rod was bent.

Have a couple more in the $500- range I'll be looking @ this week.

Those who may be familiar with the wildlife artist John C. Green from Madison, SD--my dad and brother are the 2 people in this portriat called the "Homestead Hunt", a limited addition print of 300 from 1998. My dad has been in a few of his paintings but this is the only one with a Bronco in it.

There is a "Bronco in the Weeds" which is actually my dads 1971.

My dad sold it (Ebay) to a guy with the last name Witherspoon (nickname "Spoon") out of Amarillo Texas about 6 or 7 years ago.

Went to go look @ a pair today.
The one is in a garage, but has enough crap on and around it to classify as weeds.
  • Fiberglass tub
  • Foam dipped steering wheel (Stroppe)
  • 351

Second one would too have weeds around it...... if the snow didn't flatten them.
  • Fiberglass tub
  • Rotten frame

Here's a local Bronc' that I'm still kickin' myself over.
I had just bought my house(2003)when this one rolled out for sale in Motley, MN.
Strapped for cash I couldn't come up with the $1200 starting price the shop was asking :'(
Lesson learned: always have a Bronco Reserve fund!

Thats the only way to get the good deals, cash talks and "hey I'll trade ya ??" walks. Just got a 73' Ranger in pretty good shape, little rust, strong 302, a real runner for $2500 cash. I had to move fast though, the guy was getting all kinds of trade offers and his cell and email was blowing up with buyers/traders.... Luckly I had a stash of FRN's ready for just such an occasion, it finally paid off. I was able to be on the spot at his door step in a half hour, the guy wanted cash only.....;D

I've been hunting for a good runner for cheap for over two years, there just aren't that many opportunities here in Alaska, I feel very lucky and already love my new baby and can't wait to get it on the road.
