Just took our little half cab to the shop where it will live over the next few months getting a makeover. Look what we found waiting for us.

Our plans for the original sport half cab include a slight lift with slightly larger tires (retaining the original hub caps), disc brakes, new electrics and a color change back to original. Although the truck is very original and nearly completely rust free, the 289 leaks more oil than BP, there is a monumental fuel leak, the tires are dry rotted and none of the interior switches work.

Speaking of color, what was the name of the light blue for 1968 ( the original color)

We will producing a video series along the way ( a teaser: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D1T7TbSOp7A ) so stay tuned.

Any and all help and advice is greatly appreciated!
