What degree C bushing is right for a two and a half inch suspension lift? Thanks

Typical install with 2.5 suspension lift would use a 4 degree. However many people have migrated to adding more caster and swapped to 7 degree. At the end of the day the question will be how does it feel to the one in the drivers seat.

If you have Popeyes arms more caster is great. My apologies to anyone under 50 who never heard of Popeye. He was a cartoon sailor that I am sure would not fit the PC politically charged era we are in now where Mt Potato head had to be changed to just potato head, but I digress.

Do be careful with the 7s. Worked great for caster, had bad driveline vibration with only a 1.5" suspension lift. Paul noted this in his other post. Measure pinion angle first and talk to WHs.

when I did my 2.5 inch lift I used four degree bushings. wish I had a little more. I have power steering so the extra effort is a non issue. I did not gain 4 degrees of castor I only got 2 degrees at the ball joints but I didn't measure what I started with before the bushing so I only have final results not total gain from the change.
