c4 column shifter Lokar 1801 adjustablility

I converted my 73 to c4 with column shifter from a later model. I bought this beacuse it was brand new for $100.
I Micky moused my currently shifting rod with a lokar mount attached to the c4. The indicator on the column does not line up properly with the pointer.So I ordered the lokar 1801 kit.
Im wondering if anyone has bought the lokar 1801 kit and had any luck or issues or modifications to that kit to make it work.

Unless something has changed you can't use that kit and the lokar cable kickdown at the same time. I'm using the the adjustable rod with the heims but had to get a different bracket that allowed the kickdown cable to work. Something to keep in mind
