I finished my c4 swap today. I added trans fluid then I started it up and run to get warm. While it was running I noticed trans fluid leaking out the modulator valve. The modulator valve wont stay in it keeps popping out. Is there a bracket that secures the valve in?

Cool little bracket is supposed to hold it in place. A miracle you did not lose it, the little rod or the valve inside - right?

Here is a photo. You can make one with some sheetmetal and some patience.

The C4 modulator bracket is a little different.

Sorry ViperWolf I selected the best "looking" photo but did not notice it was a C6!

FYI Randy70 - I found mine on a 2WD 70's pickup. The part is not Bronco unique but C4 unique.
