Can anyone tell me what size tire this is?

It is an original tire that came on the '77. The size is a <br>L78-15. It is an old bias ply original. Even the spare is the same. Can anyone cross-reference this for me? One guy here said it was around a 29" which makes since, but I wanna go back as close to original as possible and wanted to see what height, width, etc.. that an L78-15 is equivelent to.<br><br>Any help is appreciated.<br><br>Thanks Much,<br><br>Blue71

I believe an L-78 translates to a 235/75. Someone explained the letter designators to me once and that is what the L-78 was.
