Today I recieved my caster checker from bc broncos Thanks Chuck Great product. I checked the caster on my truck and It reads 10 degrees. My question is is that to much? Also i Have 2 degree bushings is it possible to get smaller how else can i correct my caster to make it 7 degrees also what are the negative effects to having it at 10 degrees

10 positive? What long arms are you using and lift. You could flip the 2* bushings to get it to 6 I guess. How did you get so much caster, did you reweld the wedges?

Now would be a good time to check both sides to see if they are the same, if not you can rework to fix while you have them torn down. The castor will also affect the trail and camber.

Spennyluv, I would go back and make sure everything is correct. I owned a set of the wild horses arms at one time and I never had anything close to a castor angle of 10. My assumption would be either the WH arms are either not constructed properly or your bushings were mis-marked as a 2 degree and are instead 7 degrees.

Are you sure you put the caster checker in the right place? Also the top ball joint should be closer to the back of the EB for correct caster. Not saying you are wrong just that the tool is new to everyone and the legs must be on the thread area of the upper and lower ball joints. I would hate to see you do a lot of un-needed work.
