Anyone use a Champion 3 core aluminum radiator and fan shroud? It took awhile to get it to fit in the mounts I had (bit of grinding on mounts fixed that). But now I can figure out how the shroud attatches. Actually don't think the hole is big enough for the fan. Anyone else have issues?

I have had three of the Champion Radiators. Use 4-core mounts and it drops right in. I used the original Bronco shroud as well. Just minor trimming of shroud for serpentine system.

That may explain it. I'm using a 3 core mount. ( made sense to use 3 core on 3 core) I may seek how it runs without the shroud.

I use the stock shroud with 4 core mounts on the bottom and 3 core on the top with no issues

4 core mounts and stock shroud here too. You will need a shroud for sure.

I used a Ron Davis shroud with the 4 core mounts no problems other than some minor trimming at the upper mounts.
