What kind of tools (bender) and tubing did you use?

Beleave it or not I just used one of those $79 manuel pipe benders you can get at Northern Tool. It's a 12 ton jack with three differant size 90 % pipe dies. I used 1.90 OD pipe, Had it all welded together with a arc welder.

This is 1 1/2" I.D. pipe size..

I got a bunch of them prebent with a Greenlee Bender and ready for assembly. I got to get my brakes fixed first...
