Chelsea PTO cable engage setup help

Hey guys,

I bought a PTO winch and the seller didn't know how the cable hooked to the PTO unit. It is a cable actuated unit and I have 2 brackets, one of which doesn't make sense on where it goes.

Could someone please take a pict of the engagement linkage at the PTO unit itself, and then another picture where they put the engagement knob?

I would happily take explanations as well.
