The vents are fairly inconspicuous, and you can stick to the original knobs if you prefer, they fit right on. One of the cables is a little long and operates more stiffly than the rest since the only way it fits under my dash is to have a loop in it. The only other downside is that the glove box needs to be modified. It comes with a plastic glove box that is less deep and is actually nicer than the factory cardboard unit, but a tuffy glove box needs to be shortened. The reason why I chose the Classic Auto Air unit is that the two Vintage Air units that we have installed in our Mustangs have far less heating capacity than the factory units did and left some to be desired. So far I am very happy, as this will be a year round DD good heating capabilities are at least as important to me as the air conditioner.

I also like the way the controls look stock. I would really like to know how well it work too.
