What is the best way to clean my door/ tailgate latches? They have built up over the years with grease and dirt and need a good cleaning. Is there something I can soak them and then re-lube them.

Something like Simple Green and a nylon parts brush should cut the grime.
Then lube it with a non-sticky lube like motorcycle chain lube or silicone spray.
WD 40 is not a good lube,it has a 1000 uses ,but long lasting lube isn't one of them.
I take it you want to do this without removing them from the Bronco.

If you are leaving them in the Bronco shoot them with Brake cleaner and follow up with a blast of air. Then use a graphite or silicone lock lube.

Yup, oven cleaner works great. If i dont feel like taking them out, ill use brake clean and compressed air. Ive had pretty good success using a dry teflon lube on them too. Doesnt attract a bunch of dirt
