• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

  • The Classifieds forum is a place to buy and sell, not an open forum for people to give their opinions on Bronco values. Unless the seller specifically asks for help on pricing, please don't critique quality or asking price. If you're not interested then move on.

    Thanks!

I'm selling the 302 that's in my Bronco because I'm swapping in a 5.0 efi engine. It's bone stock with 2 bbl 2100 carb and all the front dress. It's not the original engine, was installed in the early 90's. I may keep the saginaw p/s pump and bracket to use on the new motor but I'm not sure yet. It runs good, doesn't smoke, doesn't overheat. Also, I put a "new" set of valve covers on it back in the spring and the rocker arms tap the baffles on the covers. Didn't do it on the old ones, not sure what's different on these. I was planning on clearancing them but never got around to it. Will need a new starter, it's been making noise for a week or so. I'm planning on pulling the motor out this Wednesday. Let me know if you'd like to come drive it before then, I'm in Englewood.

Oh and it also has a new water pump, new fuel pump, and carburetor rebuild kit installed. I also have some other random parts, gasket kits that I have laying around that I'll throw in.

Price $200

Here's a quick video of it running. You can hear the rocker tapping the baffle.

Updated price. I wasn't sure what I should ask when I first posted it. After looking around I realized it was a bit high.
