Completed frame off.. but have a left over part.. what is it?

Being as this was my first frame off and pretty much touched every nut and bolt on my bronco i do have a couple parts left over..

I thought this would be part of the tire carrier or license plate stuff on the tailgate but it wasn't.. now I have no idea where it goes.. but it must have been important enough to get painted

iam sure it will be a duh moment as soon as someone says something but what is it and where does it go?

I think that's called the Floogen Floffum.

It looks alot like the bracket on the front lip of the tub where the windshield is, like the center screw bracket for the dash. But pretty sure it is welded on and not bolted. Would have to go look again at my tub though.

dont think its the dash.. heres mine without the dash installed..

thats what i thought.. thanks! i had it sitting on the shelf and kept looking at it the last few months and as everything went back together it kept staring at me looking for a home..
