Anyone ever run this tire?

Thinking about new rubber and the options for 35x12.50x15s are becoming limited.

Looking fit the most aggressive tire I with the lowest road noise and decent handling. Not too worried about wear. I don't put enough miles on the Bronco anymore to care about that. The crappy pro comps on it now are over 13 years old.

The coppers seem decently priced and are a little different looking than the rest.

I love Coopers, I run the STTs in 35s on my Bronco. The new design, the STT PRO has more silica in the tire to improve it over the STT. The design pattern looks more aggressive too, like a pit bull rocker. I was at the Cooper service center last week and looking over the new tire and asking questions about them. They said they sell a lot of them. I was there getting probably one of the last 37x12.50x17 STT mounted as my spare to match the other four tires, it took weeks to track that tire down since the design change.

I have been doing a lot of research on the stt pros. From what I've read everyone loves them. The silica is what makes them really great tires. The new Mikey Thompson Baja MTZ also have silica and is another option I have. In sure you already looked but look up the stt's on the youtube

I'm only on 10.5 x 31's but I bought the Dick Cepek "Extreme Country" and I am impressed with their road manners. Price was like $170 ea out the door. Off road has yet to be tested.;D;D;D

NGA, I'm pretty much building a Bronco like yours except in Orange and with 33x10.50s. Thanks for sharing, I didn't know about the Extreme Country tire.

Greg, Have you considered the new BFG AT2's? Aggressive looks with the AT ride which is ALOT different/better than an MT! Something to think about maybe! ;D

.... I really liked my Mud Kings .. But I've ruined one & can't fin a replacement ..
.. I'm going to post a picture of mine .. You all tell me if they are the same as NGA.. But I do like those on NGA ride.
... & I saw some at Sams Club a few weeks ago .. Not sure they weren't Coopers but Today I can't find my note.
...1st picture is my truck with all mud kings on it. & 2nd picture is the tire I'm running now on the drivers front. It is a Dunlap but it's the one that has all the flats on it. I don't like it.

... These Mud Kings have really been good tires. In about 8 years they've been on my Bronco I'd had no flats ... Now this replacement I;ve got up front I must have had 5 flats this year.
... I'll try & get a picture of it.

Yes... I put a set of those on my daughters FJ cruiser. Great tire so far. I like the aggressive look of the coopers for my Bronco... I think...

Hey Greg, grab a copy of Petersen's 4 Wheel & OR, the March 2016 issue has some tests on the MTZ, Cepek, Pitbull, Cooper, General and even the "Cheap Dirt Tire. Good Luck!!!;D;D;D

I went from nitto to Goodyear MT Kevlars, and what a wonderful difference in handling and performance. They are surprisingly quiet, and in 35/12.50/15 were only $201.00 each. At that price I purchased all 5 new.
