Correct Spare Tire Carrier Bolts?

Interesting discussion has come up in my little world...
Which are the correct fasteners for the 8 rear spare tire carrier to body?
Are they Tire Carrier specific?
Are they the same as the Fender Bolts?
Are they same as the Rear Seat bolts?
I know what most of you are thinking, but interestingly enough, the factory Ford documentation says otherwise...

Spare Tire Carrier Bolt ~ 359530-S
Rear Seat Bolt ~ 42846-S
Fender Bolt ~ 55615-S

Thoughts and educated guesses open for discussion...

And they aren't Bronco specific either, because here they are called out on 65/66 Mustang front bumpers, and 67 Mustang rear bumpers...

Off the subject, so that #186759 nut for the hood latch pin is separate? I thought it was welded to the hood. Maybe it's just retained somehow. Maybe in a cage?
Guess it's time for a remote viewer to get into that pocket.
Still trying to adjust mine but it's rusted solid. So was intrigued when I saw it in the pic.

Back to your search House, I notice that third diagram does not show the three large Phillips head screws that attach the fenders to the A-pillars. Look similar to the ones that hold the Ranch Hand tire carrier bracket to the body. Could they be similar to the #39530 that you're looking for?

Maybe not. Looking again at your Mustang diagrams, they look to be hex-head bolts?

Good luck.

Nevermind again...
Just realized that they were showing as hex heads in the spare tire diagram. Was thinking initially you were asking about the inside tire carrier.
Sorry bout the interruption...

That would be great. Unfortunately I don't have any one owner never touched
Broncos here any more!

The one that goes through the core support and L bracket?
Maybe in another diagram somewhere, but it looks clearly missed in this one.

Here are the pics. Different heads and different lengths. Washer diameter appears the same, but I didn't mic it. 1972 Bronco painted once, bolts never taken out as seen by the underlying original Carmel Bronze. Confirmed corresponding heads match that of my Green original paint 1973

That makes sense to me since the carrier casting is much thicker than the fender.
This is what I have seen in the past as well. Thank you for pulling those out to look!

How about the plating?
Are the fender bolts black phosphate coated?
And are the tire carrier bolts the same or silver zinc?
