You can go to a jeep dealer and order a Wrangler or Gladiator with a hellcat engine. The jeep is sent to an authorized builder for the conversion.
So it's turn key and ready to go with a warranty from the conversion shop.

I'm thinking Ford needs to follow suit and offer a 5.0 coyote.
That would definitely be a big hit with Bronco buyers.

An ecoboost being the only engine option is the main reason I've never even considered buying a one. I've only owned 1 vehcile that wasn't a V8 and I'll never do it again.

While I am not a fan of them not including a V8 package in the gen6. One of the best running rigs I have driven had the large v6 eco boost with the turbo. My wife drives a ford edge Sport and it has the bigger ecoboost with the turbo and it will haul ass.

That wouldn't be an up-fit...That would be a redesign.......

You need to to drive a new Bronco, Braptor or F150 Raptor. You might like it!

I have had a bunch of eco boost motors in the Escape, Fusion, F150, Expedition and multiple new Broncos. and never had a problem with any of them. I have had 4 different 6G broncos three with the 2.7 and one with the 2.3. The 2.3 is not my favorite and I would only buy the 2.7 from now on but we still have that truck and my wife has over 80K on it no problems. The 2.7 has plenty of go for the new bronco. I had a Black Diamond two door with the 2.7 and it hauled ass. Yeah I wont argue that nothing sounds like a V8, and the 5.0 is a great motor. But it just doesn't make sense in the new bronco if you are going to drive it daily or trail ride it. For showing off at the car shows or at the stop lights would be the only place it would be necessary.

I have a close friend that is a wizard and "tuned" his new Stroppe Gen 6. Still sounds like a 6cyl but man it will move!

I simply don’t want a forced induction gas engine. I will always prefer 8 NA cylinders, maybe 6.

Seriously, the 10R is awesome!!
I agree. I had one in my last company F150 along with the ecoboost and loved it. In fact it's the reason I think people have come to accept the smaller cyl engines as that tranny keeps the little engines in just the right powerband.
