Due to some modifications on my Bronco, the stock safety latch will no longer work/fit. Has any one came up with any other option to serve as a secondary safety lock?

I do need to do something with my hood latch though, may have to see if your idea works on mine.

I just got the BC Broncos remote hood latch system installed last night.
