well I cannot say on 69 but my 73 Ranger with auto , P/S , P/B hardtop and dual tanks weighed 3,730lbs

Short answer, no.
Lots of Bronco have been weighed in over the years. somewhere between 3500 and 5000 is the common range. Todd just weighed his at all 4 corners and it is just under 4500. Depending on what is there, what isn't, what has been added there are a lot of variables that make hundreds of pounds of difference.
